Practice Equipment Distribution

The equipment will be passed out on Saturday, August 1, 2009. If all of your childs paperwork has not been received then they will NOT receive their equipment.

Practice
The first official practice is 7/27/2009 at 6:00PM, however more than likely this first day will be spent weighing in and making sure the children are in the appropriate level as well as collecting the remaining player information. The first practice will be held at

Please be sure to have all of you registration paper work complete. If your child does not their completed registration package and fees paid they will not be able to particptate

What to bring and what to wear White T-Shirt Black Shorts Football Cleats Please be sure to provide your child with plenty of water. Its been proven time and time again that water is the best form of hydration for you child.

If at all possible please try to arrive to practice 30 minutes ahead of time. It is important that your child be there everyday in order to fulfill the minimum condition time for the league.

We are in the summer months so keep in mind that it will probably be very hot on the field. Our best recommendation is to provide water for your child. Water is the best form of hydration that you can possibly provide for your child.

Sponsors and Donations Needed

Simply put, sponsorship and donations are needed to continue to run this organization and push us forward to the next level. If you know a potential sponsor please approach them and secure their sponsorship. To help you better appeal to the potential sponsor please remind them of the following:

• For their sponsorship we will:
• Announce their business multiple times at all of our home games
• Add them to our website with their logo, contact information and link back to their website
• Hang a vinyl banner at all of our home games with their logo and contact information
• Provide them with the appropriate sponsorship form and Tax ID so that they can deduct their donation

If you know someone that does not necessarily want to sponsor the team but would like to offer a generous monetary donation the can do that as well. We have set a Payal account where they can pay online, or they can simply offer their donation directly through you. Just give them thesonsorship form if they wish to have a receipt for the tax deductions.

Centerplate Fundraising

The centerplate program is a wonderful opportunity for us to raise money for the league to ensure we have a safe and successful season and to cover our operating costs. Please do your part and volunteer for the cause.

Centerplate is not just a fundraiser it is also a requirement in order for your child to participate. If you fail to do so the league will impose a fine on you and or your child will not be permitted to participate
